The curtain has fallen on the ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป of the ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐, which saw a large and warm participation. Three days of celebration, culture, and taste that brought the spotlight back to ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ, not only as the birthplace of an ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ต, but as a living, welcoming community looking toward the future.
Pasta Strampelli was the star, particularly during the Show Cooking sessions [link to video] held by the ๐๐ฅ๐๐ (“Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Amatrice”) in collaboration with professors from the Degree Course in Food and Wine Sciences and Culture at Roma Tre University. They illustrated the chemistry of the ingredients, revealing what really happens behind one of the most characteristic dishes of the ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.
Our pasta factory embraced the vision of ARAM and all its organizational partners from the very beginning, aware that quality and authenticity are born from the territory and its stories of resilience.
Our hope is that this first edition marks the beginning of a long tradition. Because, as ARAM reminded us, the story of Amatrice continues: a story made of identity, belonging, and vision, which Pasta Strampelli is proud to share and support, in Italy and around the world.
